The zipped folder includes multiple xmp files (presets) and an installation guide to help you use the presets in Desktop versions of LR Classic and LR CC and also guide you on how to be able to use them also in your mobile LR app.
The presets are split in distinct categories to help you choose the kind of shot each one best suits.
- Urban Legacy – Crushed Blacks, Punchy Yellows, Blue-tinted highlights and a touch of clarity is the core of the presets that defined my editing style over the years. Better used with overcast shots while urban frames is their playground
- Mute – awesome for portraits and soft edits with cool or warm tints
- Midnight Cinema – Dark Vibrant and moody as hell these presets will bring life to your night shots but will also give some interesting vibes to your everyday shots
- TDK Cassette – this film looking set will give you that grainy rough look with high contrast that will elevate your aesthetics and make your portraits shine
- Glowsun – giving a twist to regular sunny days
- B&W – when colour is just not enough these basic B&W edits will save the day
This set aims to give you a “one click” editing experience so play around and find the preset that better suits your settings and your mood.
Still, if you feel that the preset is close enough to your vision but not exactly there, try to play with the basic adjustments – i.e. White Balance & Exposure and you will definitely get the result you want
