The 30 brushes do not all behave themselves in the same way, which is exactly the point. Some spread into pale washes, some pool into darker stains, some bloom at the edges and some scrape across the paper in broken dry grain. They are easy to pick up, but there is plenty to discover once you start layering, mixing and pushing them around. Keep it delicate, let it wander or make a mess you actually want to keep.
Every brush began with real watercolor painted, scanned and developed in house at the G.A.R.M. studio, then refined for Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity and Clip Studio Paint. Six high-resolution paper textures give the paint somewhere convincing to land, while 12 custom color palettes help you get moving without spending the first half hour nudging color sliders.
Use Wraithwash for picture books, comics, concept art, editorial illustration, posters, character work or simply messing around with paint until something good happens. It is friendly enough for your first digital wash and deep enough for deadline work. Controlled when you need it, unruly when the painting needs a pulse.
